Clients print selection in email

I'm sending an email to clients which includes a coupon. How do I have them click and print just the coupon?

Make it a two page e-mail and tell them only to print the second
page???? Have them print it as a pdf then in Acrobat, delete any page
the coupon isn't on, then they can crop the page and print it????
Include a link to a website that only has the coupon and include a
button to print it????

Are you dealing with tightwad clients who cannot afford to print a whole
page or what?
