My clip art viewer bar has trouble displaying preview images (thumbnails). I
usually get an icon for a windows media file. I'm sure it's something to do
with file associations, but I'm not sure how to fix it so I can see
thumbnails of the actual images instead of an icon. Can someone help me?

Your internet cache is full:
In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files > Delete All Offline
Content > OK.

no, they are not talking about the internet brower. they are talking about
the browser that opens up IN office when you choose Insert > Picture > Clip
Art...

I am having the same problem. My home computer used to preview the
pictures, but now it doesn't. I have to now go through the arduous process
of opening the clip organizer and choose preview for EVERY clip i search for
just to see it.
