Clip Art Issue-RPCRT4.DLL

I have a Windows 98 box with Office 2000 and a recent
install of Publisher 2000. In Pub, when the user tries to
insert clip art, we get an error message as follows:
"MSPUB caused an invalid page fault in module RPCRT4.DLL"

I haven't found a fix that works yet. Any ideas??

(Don, an uninstall of Pub 2000 is indeed like pulling lawn
weeds

This does not address Publisher 98 specifically, however it does address Office 2000.
