Clip art not showing up!

I am using Publisher 2002. When I go to view/picture/clip
art and search for something, the clip art picture never
shows up. Just blank files. It also tells me I need to
install a grahphics converter to view but I have installed
all that come with the program. Any ideas of what I can
do? Thanks.

Are you searching from the Clip Organizer? If you are online and the images are not
showing up your cache maybe full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
