No matter how few programs I have running, every time I go
into Microsoft Clip Gallery and want to access a picture
to drop into a document, I get an error message that
says "Not enough memory to complete operation. To free
memory, close other applications or restarted Windows".
I've restared several times and still am having problems.
I even did a scandisk and defrag. HELP!

Are you running Norton AntiVirus?

Disable script blocking in Norton.
It will help also to empty your cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
