Close mail for reply/forward

I do have 2 questions:

1. In ms outlook there is the possibility to close a mail, all time you are
replying or forwardiing this mail. Is there any possibility in entourage
too? I have not found it till now...

2. I am using an online outlook web access account with entourage. Is there
a possibility to see the time scheduling of the invitees? (i can not
configure the ldap-server, 'cause my provider apparently does not support
that).

Is it an Exchange account ??
To see the free/busy status of the people you are inviting, I believe
you need delegation permissions (not so sure about the way it works
since I don't have these permissions on anyone here).
Without LDAP, you won;t be able to search the global address list from
Entourage (though you should through webmail).
If your provider has a standard Exchange server, it means they chose not
to open LDAP since I believe it comes standard with Exchange servers.
