For MS Office 2003:
Does anyone know why sometimes my read email keeps a closed envelope but is
no longer bold? No matter how many times I read it, the envelope stays
closed.
Similarly, sometimes the colored flags do not appear for all messages that
are flagged, but the grey header at the top of the message says that it's
flagged. So, when skimming over a list of emails that are all flagged, one
or two appear to be unflagged until clicking on it tells you otherwise.
I hope that my description makes sense.
