"Closing" a project in Entourage 2004

B

Bill Justin

If we have completed a project in Entourage 2004, but would like to leave it
in Entourage so we can refer to it from time to time (in other words, we do
NOT want to Archive and Delete), we get an "Overdue by XX days" notice
whenever we click on the project.

How can we stop that message from appearing?

Essentially, we would like to mark the project as "closed" or "finished" but
still have access to the information in the project.

Go into the project, Overview tab. Click Properties button at bottom, and
uncheck the Due Date box. Now you won't get that Overdue message.
Essentially, we would like to mark the project as "closed" or "finished" but

You can't mark it as closed, just remove the due date. Otherwise you'd have
to Archive and Delete it, which you don't want to do.
