CMD-Return no longer works

I can still send messages by clicking on the "Send now" or "Post now"
button, or by selecting "Send message now" or "Post message now" from the
Message menu, but CMD-Return has stopped working to 'Send'. Any ideas how to
get it back?

Perhaps I should have added that I'm using Entourage X under OS 10.3.9

Mine comes and goes. Right now it is working. Sorry for no answer, but at
least you know it is not "just you".

Thanks. Mine has come and gone before too and, right on queue, CMD-OPT-T
just stopped working for "Mark All as Read".!

Hey, they're both working again! Go figure.

There is a known problem, particularly under Tiger, with all keyboard
shortcuts, not just Cmd-Return, failing to work in Entourage. No one
has been able, yet, to isolate the cause.

To restore your shortcuts, do the following steps. Test after each, and
if they are back, stop. If they are still nonfunctional, go on to the
next remedy.

1. Click in the message list so it is highlighted rather than a preview
pane or the folder list.
2. Make certain the selected message is NOT an HTML message; if it is,
select a text message.
3. Close your preview pane using View->Preview Pane->None.
4. Switch to Finder; pause long enough for all windows to paint; switch
back to Entourage.
5. Quit and relaunch Entourage.
6. Log out and log in again.
7. Restart your computer.

If you work down that list, at some point your shortcuts will return.
