Code in my email text

I'm using Office 2001 on an eMac. Although I don't see it when I
compose a message in Entourage, when someone responds to my message or
when it appears on a listserve, the following text is included at the
top of my message:
My company name
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"
Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit

I've played with different settings in preferences and can't figure out
how to get rid of it. Any ideas for how to fix it?

Thanks!!

Take a look in Tools/Account/usual account/Edit/Options

Do you see anything in "Additional Headers"? Delete it.

If that doesn't help, note all the settings for that account, then delete it
(in Tools/Accounts window) and make a new one, without using the assistant,
replicating the same settings.

Looks like deleting the accounts and resetting them worked. Thanks for
your help!
