Code or Macro to requery form after period of inactivity

I have a very complex database with very personal information. i was
wondering if any one new of a code or macro to requery my switchboard (so
that it prompts them to log in again) after a certain time frame of
inactivity. I know the "On Timer" and "Time Interval" events. I know the
requery command I just dont know the code to make it do it after no activity.
