code to insert OLE object

I have created an OLE field that allows the database to
store a graphic that will then display as a logo in
reports.
I can right click on the field in the form and use the
Insert Object... command
The problem is I need to hide toolbars and right click
commands and want to create a command in VB code that
offers the user to ability to Browse to a jpeg or gif to
insert in the OLE field.

Any ideas?
