I need to share a powerpoint presentation with a collegue over a WAN. We
both need to see the presentation as I'm editing it. We're both running
Windows XP Pro and I have a couple spare Windows Server 2003 servers at my
disposal. What tool would be best (simple and easy) for doing this?

How about NetMeeting with application sharing?

You can both open the file, at the same time, but you'll each have
control of what's open on your machine. If you open first, your
colleague will open a "read only" copy. He won't see the changes as you
make them.
