College Graduation

I need a template that is:
1) For a college graduation
2) Black and white - no other colors
3) Will repeat 3 times on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper; the paper will
then be cut into thirds, horizontally.
Any help is appreciated.

Sometimes our needs are so specific that there are no templates available.
When that happens, you need to start from something that is remotely close
and tweak the bejeebers out of it or start from scratch.

It would be helpful to know what program you are using.

There are clipart images on the Office site that would work.

If you are using Word, a three row table might be the right setup.
