color categorise

When updating to outlook 2007 from 2003 my contact categories are not updated
with colors and I cant add new contacts to the category.

Right click on the top level folder of my mailbox (called mailbox - your
name if using Exchange or Outlook today if not) and choose properties. click
the Upgrade to color categories button.
