Alright, god knows if this is the right group to be
posting in but here goes..

I was at my brothers place the other day and he is using
Office 2003. We haven't been able to determine how to
change the color of his windows.. right now his
Word/Outlook/everything else is a powdery blue frame. All
the buttons in Outlook and the banner bars are all this
color and we can't figure out how to change it. Any ideas?

Right click on the desktop | click properties | click apperance | knock yourself out.
