Colored Resources

I am attempting to display my resources in various colors. This is the
procedure I'm using:

1. Calendar View

2. Right Click "Timescale" on sub-menu

3. Activate "Date Shading" on the Timescale dialog

4. Select the resource in the name text drop down box

5. Then select the color for the resource and pattern if desired.

The expectation is that the resource calendar will reflect the change
in color to the resource. This is not happening? Can someone please
offer some assistance. Thanks!

Hi,

Colours and font are a property of/within the view.
You cannot color in one view and hope that would be visible in an other
view, sorry :))
