Combine Calendar [On My Computer] w/ Calendar [[email protected] - Exchange Account]

Hi,
Just upgraded from Entourage X to 2004. Had existing emails addresses
and a single calendar.
Added an exchange account to collaborate with colleagues who are on an
Exchange 2003 server.
The calendar view now shows two calendars:

Calendar [On My Computer]
Calendar [[email protected] - Exchange Account]

What I really want is either one consolidated calendar or for the one I
have been using to sync with the Exchange Account so that my
information is consistent across the desktop, server and a smartphone 5
that syncs with the Exchange Account. Any ideas?

Just copy all the events over to the Exchange calendar, and make the
exchange account the default account, if you want iSync to pick up the
exchange calendar.

An easy way to copy all events is to look for a custom view called 'all
events', if one exists. If not, create one with the criteria (Subject
contains "A", subject does not contain "A"), match if ANY criteria are met.

That will give you a list of every event.
Now select one, and hit cmd-A to select all.
Now, drag them to the exchange calendar in the folder listing.
