Combining entourage databases - help!

would like to combine work database with system at home, and get rid of
work database. Read the MS notes, confused about process-- ie drag each
id folder to desktop -- how do you actual create the new
MBOX file. Just combining the folders tries to overwrite -- help
appreciated!

Just that: drag the folder from the Folder List onto the computer's desktop
to generate an MBOX file. You might need to rename the MBOX files to ensure
that they don't overwrite existing folders in the other identity.

Another thing you can do, if you are using Entourage 2004 on both machines,
is that you can export items to an Entourage archive (File > Export) and
then import them onto the other machine.

Yet another method involves Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage"
