combining formulas

I am trying to rank the sum of products by country. For example (see below) I
am trying to calculate which product ranks number 1,2,3 in the UK?

UK Coca Cola 3
USA Pepsi 1
UK Coca Cola 3
USA Fanta 4
UK Pepsi 1
UK Ginger beer 2


Can someone help please
