combining multiple sheets into one sheet

I have 3 worksheets which contain survey data from 400
households. Each household is identified by a specific
id, and this id is used to identify the household on each
of the worksheets. Each worksheet displays different data
about the specific household. In 2 of the worksheets, the
households are further broke down to individuals. Each
individual is identified by a unique id. This id is
formed by taking the household no. (e.g. 750) and adding
a decimal point for the individual (i.e. 750.1 represents
individual 1 from household 750). My problem is, that I
am required to combine all 3 worksheets, but only 2 of
the worksheets have the unique id breakdown and the other
has households. How do I combine the data from all 3
worksheets.
