Combo Box error message

Hi can anyone help please?
I am using Access 2003 and trying to place a combo box on
a form. The combo box will take its data from an existing
table which already exists. I get so far through the Combo
Box Wizard and then the following error message is
displayed.
"Combo Box Wizard
Automation Error
The specified module could not be found"
I have tried uninstalling/re-installing Office.
Any ideas welcome.
