Combo Box went Blank

I have my data on a server. There are 4 users on other computers that access
this data and it was working fine forever. Recently 2 of the users are
getting empty data when they open the form and drop down the combo box. The
strange thing is, the other users and the server are working just fine. I've
check everything I can think of. Does anyone know what's happening?

Your users are just now installing office service pack 3? It's been
around for almost 18 months, and causes the problem you describe.

there's a hotfix available,

No one knows what sp3 is and they don't know how to do anything except use
the menus I created in access but OK. My next question is, what do I do
about it? They need to be able to search the data via the combo box.

Well, it certainly sounds like SP3 has been installed, perhaps by IT without
the end users even knowing. You need to go on their machines and see what
service pack is installed. From form Design View goto

The top line should give the version number and Service Pack that is
installed. IF it's SP3 you need to install the hotfix Bob gave you the link
to.

If it's not, I have no idea what's going on, unless they've somehow lost
access to the folder holding the data that's feeding the comboboxes.

The problem is caused by the fields of the comboboxes being formatted in some
way, so a short term fix is to remove the formatting. It can be as simple as
the using of

to force uppercase.
