Combo of forumals

Can this formula IF(C9=O5, "Yes", "No")

and this formula IF(D9=P5, "Yes", "No")

Be combined?

Please help

=IF(AND(C9=O5,D9=P5),"Yes","No")

or maybe


=IF(OR(C9=O5,D9=P5),"Yes","No")


the former demands that both conditions are TRUE, the latter one OR
the other
