Command Line Switches for Address book

On Outlook 2002 or 2003 (not OE), How can I open the Address Book from command line. (using switches?
My intention is to create a shortcut on the task bar

Create a shortcut with the following switch.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /select
outlook:contacts
