Command-M not working?

Hi, I have Entourage 2004 and I'm trying to minimize the windows with the
keyboard. I hit Command-M and the Window menu highlights briefly, but then
nothing. I stripped my system of everything that could block keystrokes (I'm
pretty sure I got all of them), but I get the same effect.

Anyone else noticing this, or is it just me?
