Common signature files

does anyone know how to create a corportate signature file that can be
deployed thoughout a network without having to copy it onto individual
machines

Since Outlook itself only uses local signature files, what you describe isn't possible, at least not in the way you envision it. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm for various methods and tools for controlling disclaimers and other signatures from the Exchange server.
