Common Spam

There is one common Spam email I get many times each day I would like
to filter out - the one with the colored grid advertizing Viagra,
Cialis, etc.

The one thing in common is the graphic file name is always
"unknown.gif".

I would like to set a rule to filter all emails with the attachment
"unknown.gif" but it does not work.

Is there some way to filter all email on an enclosed/attached graphic
filename?

When I dragged the graphic to the desktop, it shows up as "unknown.gif"
so I hoped I could filter on the filename as content since every one I
checked is called that but when I looked at the details of the
attachment in the email, they all have a different filename.

Looks like unknown.gif is one embedded graphic covered up by another
attachment file.

I would still like to be able to somehow filter on the .gif filename
embedded in the email.
