Communicator should have a log option so we don't need to remember which item
we want to save, Also we are in an out of our contacts and it would be nice
to see the running commentary, even if we close that contacts window, not
start a new conversation each time. (see Sametime as an example, they have
some great options) . If I close a window, I would like to see an icon that
tells me I've had some communication with that person that day, or if there
is a history, a couple days.
The look is also bulky
I do Like the note feature.
