Compacting Outlook

Hi

I have auto-archived my mailbox.pst but the size of the file remains
unchanged.

I note from a previous message that Outlook should auto-compact if
white-space takes up more than 20% of the size of the file. When should this
happen because I estimate I archived over 90% of my file.

How can you manually compact the .pst file?

Right click the root folder of the archive folder (this is in Outlook) and
then choose Properties and then Advanced
