Compare folders in 2 PSTs, print folder list & count?

My boss sorts herOutlook 2003 Inbox messages into >150 personal folders in a
PST on her local hard disk (~1.5GB). She wants to have all messages from a
given calendar year in a separate PST, and be able to open and access past
year messages easily. We have several similarly-named PSTs and would like
to compare them and delete duplicates, if we can verify the contents. We
need a tool to help compare them and do clean-up.

I created a new PST with Include subfolders marked and Filtered for Messages
Sent, Received, or Modified on or after 01/01/06.

How can I verify that all folders were created? They weren't all there last
year when I used the same procedure, we found out later (which I forgot when
I did it the same way this year). I found 1620 messages, but no count of
folders. Print Screen and Cut & paste to Word as the only print folder list
option is completely inadequate.

Thanks, Diane! You've saved me from fruitlessly searching for an option
which doesn't exist.
