compare tables

PLS can someone suggest a way to compare two sheets that
would contain the same labels and layout to identify
duplicate rows. I'm having data sent to me from two
sources which contains duplicates...some fields may be
omitted from one source etc. Rather than trawling through
looking for duplicates and fulfilling one record then
deleting the duplicate, I'd like excel to point out the
duplicates before or after merging.
