Comparing YTD numbers between last year and present

I am trying to formulate a comparison in different numerical values, ytd
between last year and present, and show the variance in percent change over
or below last year. I am stuck!

Let's suppose that this year information is in cell c6 and last year in B6
=(c6/b6)-1 column has to be formated as %
