complicated formula

Hi, I am doing a cricket stat sheet on excel and need a formula for batting
averages, but if the batsman is not out, then you only divide his total runs
by the NUMBER OF TIMES he has got out. so is there anyway to tell excel to
divide this but with some execptions if the batter is not out?

sorry if it is not that clear! Thanks!
