Complicated problem, hopeful answer?

Sam Weber

Greetings,

I need to find a way to search through a big file of
information, and do something like the following:

If previous cell is equal to "Total Patients", then bring
number in the cell after it *up* (there is info in
between) to the closest statement "Diagnosis Codes", in
the following cell after that statement.

Here is a URL to an image explaining what I would like:
http://www.blacktonic.com/images/excel.jpg

So basically I'm just trying to move a number to the top
of the section header and getting rid of all the other
information, only keeping the header information because
I need to find the top 50 numbers to it's corrisponding
description.

Thanks in advance,
Sam
