composite CMYK

I am trying to print business cards on a Ricoh Aficio 3260C printer that
never gave me this problem before with this particular document. I'm running
into the same problem trying to print the cards on a desktop Xerox Phaser
6115MFP.

"This error message appears when Publisher is unable to print separations or
composite CMYK. There are several possible reasons why this error message may
appear:..."

Is it essential that you print in CMYK composite? Or would using RGB,
with the printer doing the conversion to CMYK, suffice?

Why would you try anyway...seems like it would give inaccurate colors.
