Concerning KB834005

For a few weeks now my profile in Outlook 2000 will not
shut down after closing and logging off.

KB834005 seems to indicate there is a hotfix available for
this.

Where do I get it?

Windows 2000 Pro SP4
Office 2000 SR-1
Outlook 2000 SP3

All products up to date with all SP's and hotfixes.

You need to contact Microsoft to obtain the fix, there is a link on the page
taking you to telephone lists, typically there is no charge for hot fixes
