Cond.Formatting- GIF

I am creating a 'dashboard' type of sheet. I would like to
create a Cond.Formatting that would show a picture from
another tab(sheet) depending on the value in a cell. The
picture would be a Red, Yellow, or Green ball. Any ideas?

Hi
not possible with the build-in conditional format. This would require
VBA (an event procedure)
