conditional copy/paste

The following is my raw data with 3 columns and 1 row.
Begin_Date 01-31-2004 02-31-2004
02-10-2004 50 60


I want to write a function to see
if B1 > A2 then display B2 else display 0
if C1 > A2 then display C2 else display 0

So it should show the following after the function.

Begin_Date 01-31-2004 02-31-2004
02-10-2004 0 60

Please help. Thanks
