Conditional dependencies

I looking set a FS relationship where the start is on the Xth date of the
following month.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can't do this with relationships. Your 2 options are:

1) create a calendar that you use only for this task with the Xth date
working only. Might as well just set a date.

2) use a VBA macro.

I've been working the VBA macro... hadn't thought of using a separate
calendar. That makes sense since the task is related to an external resource.
