Conditional Formatting-Access 2002

Hi,
Can anyone help me? I'm trying(unsuccessfully)to set
conditional formatting, using the following criteria,
based on the value of a "Date Due" text box:

1)"Date Due" text turns red-once the due date has passed;
2)"Date Due" text turns dark green 5 days prior to and
including due date.
3)"Date Due" text is regular green by default.

I'd appreciate anything you could do...and thank you!!

conditional formatting:
field value is less then Date() text = red
field value is Between Date() And Date() + 5 text = dark
green
set regular date control background color to green
