Conditional formatting = #Error

I have a subform (datasheet view). I would like to have the field that has
got focus colored in yellow. Conditional formatting does it (have access xp)
but when I apply this then I get #Error in the fields calculated from the
fields containing this conditional formatting. Any ideas?
