Conditional Formatting - Hiding Cells & Autofilter

Hi,
I've got a spreadsheet that is protected. It displays the
results of calculations. Lots of the rows have zero value
and I use autofilter to hide the zero rows. When the sheet
is protected the autofilter does not work. Is there any
way to protect the formulae and keep the autofilter
working?

My other idea was to see if I could hide the zero rows
using conditional formatting? Does anyone have any ideas
on this?
