Conduit Sync failure

I'm running Entourage OS X and the latest Palm software on a new Kyocera
smart phone. I have down loaded and installed the Entourage conduit.
When I try to sync, the phone attemps to connect with the computer/
Entourage, but it fails. How do I fix it?

Which version of Entourage are you running? If you downloaded the handheld
sync installer, that is the one for Entourage v.X. If you are using
Entourage 2004, the handheld sync installer required for it is located int
he Additional Tools folder.
