On OS10.3.7/ Office 2004/Palm T5- all worked well until I had to reset Palm
because of battery error. Now, I can't sync palm with powerbook. Can't set
conduit to have Entourage overwrite handheld as that option is grated out.
How do I get the option back? If it's an identity problem, I have not
figured out how to change identities, as they are grayed out also. Thanks
