conecting 2 Formfields

I wish to conect 2 list formfields such as: by choosing one item from the
list, the list at the second formfield will change accordingly.

I wanted to say "thank you".. I came looking for this exact 'problem' /
'question' and thought to myself, that I would be searching endlessly for the
solution for my query.
But low and behold, I found your reply right off the bat and it's exactly
the solution that I'm looking for, including the creation of the user form.
