Configuration Issue

T

Timberwolf

I am running Office 2003 with Windows XP (SP2)

If I have logged on as myself, all Office programmes load properly. However,
if any other member of my family have logged onto Windows, when they come to
run any ofthe Office Progs (Word / Excel / Access etc. ), they all get
messages that Office is configuring and requires the disk. This is annoying
to say the least. However, if they ignore the messges <Cancel> the programme
eventually loads.

I would like to eliminate this messing around and allow all users to load
Office programmes immediately

Any suggestions

You need to re-install using an Administrator or user with these
privileges and to make sure that the installation is COMPLETE to run
from the HD (not from CD). This way you will not have any problems.
