When I attempt to open Outlook 2007 for the first time, an error message
reads, 'The add-in "Outlook AddIns" (C:/WINDOWS/System32/Config/mco.dll)
cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the add-in
manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the
add-in'. A second error message reads, 'The connection to Microspft Exchange
is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
Of course, I am 'online' (wifi) and have not got a clue what to do even
after reading numerous threads and help menus.
Can anyone help? Thank you.
