Configuring PrimoPDF from Access

I distribute the free PrimoPDF with my software, in the reports menu when a
user selects a report I prompt the user if they want to create a PDF from
this report. Right now if they answer Yes I switch to the PrimoPDF printer
which in turn brings up the PrimoPDF window, the user then has to browse for
a directory to place the PDF file and give it a name. I would like to be
able to place the pdf in a specific directory and also give it a name. Has
anybody used the primopdf program and have you been able to figure out how to
do what I would like to do. Thanks for any help you can offer.
