Conflicting Modified Dates

I have two users that are showing different modified dates on the same
document (8/28 and 8/31). The knowledge base make reference to difference in
maybe an hour, but not days.

Both users machines have the same system date and times. Why would they
display different dates? Is this really a problem?

Hi Deb,

Is it only occurring on one specific document? Such an issue may occur when
one of the users doesn't get the updates on the workspace. Please edit the
specific document to see if both users can get the updates. If so, check if
the modified date is shown properly.

Thanks Emily. I passed the information on to my user, but at the same time,
they came back and said that the realized the one user was in off-line mode.
I have not heard back that they are still having the problem so I believe it
is fixed.
